You can contact me using the form on my website or by email. I’ll reply as soon as I can to arrange an initial conversation. This first step is simply a chance to see whether therapy feels right for you — there’s no pressure or commitment.

The first session is a gentle introduction. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope for. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Many people find it helpful just to have time set aside to talk and be heard.

My fee is £55 per session. Each session lasts 50 minutes. Payment is made by bank transfer. I’ll confirm all details when we arrange your first appointment.

I currently offer online sessions via secure video call and telephone sessions. This allows you to access therapy from your own space, wherever you feel most comfortable.
